Quality Management Division for ISO 9001
The Technical University of Košice, as the first and currently the only university in Slovakia, implemented a quality management system as a whole following a long and demanding process. As a result, in 2006, it was awarded the certificate for the quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2000 in the areas of education, research, and business processes at the level of a public higher education institution.
This quality management system is regularly reviewed every year through both internal audits and independent external certification companies. In the most recent recertification audit by TÜV SÜD Slovakia s.r.o., the university successfully demonstrated the functionality of its quality management system, which led to the awarding of the EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.

- Preparation of materials for the Quality Council of the QMS at TUKE
- Evaluation of internal and external audits at TUKE
