- Age 40+, completed secondary school with graduation, payment of registration fee
Application Deadline
- By August 20 of the respective year

- €60 for pensioners, unemployed, and disabled (ZŤP)
- €80 for employed individuals and employed pensioners

Study Method
- The study is conducted through lectures, typically every other Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- It is a 6-semester program, with 7 lectures per semester.
- The study ends with a test.
- The first year is common for all study programs.
- After completing the first year, students enroll in a specific study program.
- The entire study ends with a ceremonial graduation.
- The study is interest-based and does not increase professional qualifications.

Registration for the 1st general year
- For the academic year, applications to the University of the Third Age in Košice should be submitted by August 20 of the respective year.
- Applications can be submitted:

- Applications can be submitted:
Registration for the 2nd and 3rd year of study fields
- Applications for the second and third-year study programs must be submitted by August 20 of the respective year.
- Applications can be submitted:
- electronically to: utv@tuke.sk
- printed form by mail to: Technical University of Košice, UTV in Košice, Letná 1/9, 042 00 Košice-Sever.
- First-year students graduating have priority in the program queue for the second year.
- The maximum number of students admitted to each study program is limited and can vary depending on the program:

Enrollment Dates
- Enrollment for the academic year will take place at the first lecture according to the schedule.
Tuition Fees
- 60 EUR per academic year for pensioners, unemployed individuals, and people with disabilities
- 80 EUR per academic year for employed individuals and employed pensioners
The enrollment fee can only be paid via bank transfer after the first lecture.
