Management of the Technical University of Košice on a Work Visit in Bahrain

The Management of the Technical University of Košice, under the lead of the Rector Prof. Ing. Peter Mésároš, PhD., participated in a work visit in the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of the delegation of the Authority of Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic. The work meetings including several significant discussions were held in Bahrain on 15 – 16 January 2024.

Final assessment results of the research grant for young researchers at TUKE for the year 2023

The reports on the implementation of the research grant for young scientists at TUKE for the year 2023, which were sent to the Department of Science, Research and Doctoral Studies of TUKE, were responsibly assessed by Prof. Ing. Ivo Petráš, DrSc., the Chairman of the Commission for Science and Research of TUKE. The results of the final assessment were forwarded to the Rector of TUKE.

25th Anniversary of the University of the Third Age in Košice

On November 28, 2017 in the premises of the University Library of TUKE, a conference entitled "University of the Third Age - A Place of Inspiration and Mutual Learning" was held on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the University of the Third Age (U3A) in Košice. Under the auspices of the Rector of TUKE and the Association of Universities of the Third Age in Slovakia, the conference was attended by representatives of 18 universities of the third age in Slovakia.
