The Dean of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE announced his resignation; the new Dean in charge is doc. Ing. Ján Kanócz, CSc.
On March 11, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE informed the Rector of TUKE on his decision to resign from the position of Dean. He subsequently informed the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE about the matter.
After the meeting of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE, which was held on March 11, 2024, the Rector of TUKE received from the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE a proposal of a designated person to perform the function of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts of TUKE, until the nomination of a new Dean. The proposed person is doc. Ing. Ján Kanócz, CSc., whom today, March 12, 2024, the Rector of TUKE, prof. Ing. Peter Mésároš, PhD., has authorised as Dean of the Faculty of Arts of the Technical University in Košice.
