The management of TUKE, headed by the Rector Peter Mésároš, welcomed the Ambassador of Portugal to Slovakia, H. E. Maria João Lopes Cardoso, to TUKE. During the reception, the possibilities of cooperation between TUKE and Portuguese universities as well as cooperation with Portuguese companies were discussed. Subsequently, a joint meeting of representatives of the Košice universities (TUKE, UPJŠ and UVLF) with the Ambassador on the topic of the Portuguese­‑Slovak Academic Forum together with a tour of selected departments of TUKE took place at the TUKE premises.
