Professor Ivo Petráš from TUKE became a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts

On July 28, 2025, the Senate of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, based in Salzburg, elected the following as full members of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts for Class VI – Technical and Environmental Sciences Prof. Ing. Ivo Petráš, DrSc., from FBERG TUKE.
The European Academy of Sciences and Arts was founded in 1990 and its members include 28 Nobel Prize winners. The formal decree of admission will be presented at the academy's annual ceremonial meeting, which will take place on March 6-7, 2026, at the academy's headquarters in Salzburg, Austria.
