The team from the Technical University in Košice has been awarded the Ján Bahýľ Prize for patent No. 288407, entitled Method of the disposal of cyanobacteria in stagnant waters and a device for its implementation. In January 2021, the second satellite constructed in Slovakia, GRBAlpha, started its journey, the goal of which is the Earth's orbit.
