On February 14, 2023, the management of the Technical University of Košice visited Kia Slovakia in Žilina. The meeting with the representatives of Kia Slovakia took place in a very pleasant atmosphere through a tour of the plant, which consisted of a press shop, welding shop, paint shop, assembly, and engine plants. 

“We are very pleased that we were able to welcome representatives of the Technical University of Košice to our production plant in Kia Slovakia. The aim of the initial meeting was to establish partnership and possible cooperation in the areas of mutual support and development. We believe that gradually we will be able to find topics and joint projects that we will put into practice,” said representatives of Kia Slovakia.
